We see Will in his lodgings trying to create in confinement disturbed and interrupted by the voices of impatient actors, (Burbage and Armin ) his wife Anne and the ghosts of his father and his dear late son Hamnett and how they influence the writing of King Lear, Hamlet and the Scottish play Macbeth.
